Off the top of my head: evaporator, hoses (3), expansion valve, drier, thermostat, condenser.
Here is the exploded illustration of the '76-up dash/firewall part of the a/c system. Also, here's a couple of pictures of the condenser/drier installation.

I decided my project body and bed were too far gone to (economicaly)repair so I searched for a donor truck. I specifically looked for one with factory a/c and an FE. That way I could get all the brackets and other parts. I got the bracket to convert the York compressor to a Sanden style from Nostalgic Air in Tampa, FL.

Hi Mike,
Any chance of seeing a few more shots of this AC setup? I'm curious what you are using for the tensioner and bracket.
Thanks,
Brad

The tensioner, idler and bracket are all factory. I did fabricate a small bracket to tie the factory bracket to the Sanden style compressor.

Mike,
Thanks for the photos. I have a 400 so my setup is slightly different. I wanted to get away from the stock tensioner, but after seeing photos of the adapter bracket for the sanden, I dont see a way around it. The belt would hit the waterpump otherwise.
Looks like I have another bracket to clean..
Thanks again,
Brad
