O2 sensors

Wondering what the life span is for 5.4L O2 sensors? Currently mine have 129,000 miles on them and recently my fuel mileage has dropped off by about 20%. 2001 Expedition Eddie Bauer.

Time to change the upstream O2's. I just changed them in my 120K Grand Marquis, and after 560 miles, my gas mileage went up 1.7 MPG. 100K is what I have been told.
They may not be throwing codes, but they get old and lazy, not reacting fast enough.

Don't bother with the downstream O2's, they don't effect performance.
