ok so i have my beast..85 f150 with a sky jacker 4 inch lift. and its currently siting on 33 12.50s, and by this summer i am going to need to get new tires. what i was wondering is will 35 12.50s fit with out rubbing? i know i wont have a problem height wize, but was curious about hard turns if they would rub at all.. my 33s dont.
plus with the extra 2 inches in height i would actually be slightly stepping up into my truck.. currently i have to sit down into it a little
It'll only be one inch extra height from the ground, but they should clear. They will likely rub a bit, I know that when I had 35s on my 84 F250 they rubbed the front springs just a hair at lock. That was about a 6" SAS lift.
Best way would be to get under there with the wheels cut all the way to one side, then the other, and see what interference you might have.
