I would get it oil filter on top of motor does not have a whole lot of use. I have herd other issues just do not remember why to get it but u can look those up. oil getting too hot so on and so forth....

Say what? The stock oil filter works fine, to the point where accidentally bypassing it with an incorrect cap/filter combo can nuke the HPO system. If the stock filter "does not have a lot of use" why does using the correct filter seem the be the difference between a running truck and torn HPO screens/ blown IPR valves? The only problem with the stock filter seems to be people fromusing nonconforming consumable replacements.
I personally wouldn't waste my money, however, your truck, you have to do what makes you comfy.

This is what prompted me to ask this question, I have never heard anything about the stock oil filter being insufficient. UNless you use another brand of course...
