remove tailgate hinge?

Is there an easy way to get off the divers side tailgate hinge? Maybe I just need a better torx wrench? I had one that fit in my tool box and it broke when I tried to use it.. What size wrench do I need? I get my new 2008+ tailgate tomorrow and this is preventing me from installing it already haha.

put the Torx bit into the bolt, and give it a few really good wacks with a hammer to "shock" the threads..

then use a big prybar with a socket to break it loose.. or use a impact gun.

then can be stubborn to get loose on an older truck. just be sure the torx bit is fully seated you do not want it to strip out..

Well I stripped them both, I used pb blaster soaking for a half hour.. Tried a small rachet, nothing... Went to a breaker bar, nothing, went to the impact, fail! Both stripped within about 5 seconds.. So I got my drill charging so I can drill them out, then I will get a new nut bracket and bolts tomorrow..
