Ignition?

Anyone have info on bypassing my key and putting a toggle switch with a push button for my starter?

the easiest thing to do would be running a wire from the battery, to the switch, and then back to the starter solenoid over by the battery. run the wire to the small terminal on the solenoid that the key switch originally went to. so youll hop in your truck, turn the key to the "on" position, and hit your toggle switch.

it is better to fix it so you do not have to one day worry about getting stuck with a locked shifter.
the part only costs $13-$15, and takes around 2-3 hours to put in
