Dead Bronco

The 86 BII I have has died twice (not close to home) with no apparent cause. I bought a "code reader" at a parts store and after running it once, the thing started and has run fine for over a year. I carry the code reader with me in the glove box, but it would be nice to have an idea what's going on.

Do you know the status of your TFI module? Problems with unexplained stalling are often blamec on the TFI module.

When I was driving mine I had the coil go bad once, you might look into that. Good luck!
