I'm still learning repetiquette, but while I'm in my learning phase - I might be forgiven for being shameless just this once. I'm not asking for straight-up freebies here for the sake of growing the green graph, I offer something up front without expecting anything but maybe a chuckle here and there.
I post on a boating forum and one of my posts took root with the magazine editor. If you have a chance to drop by the magazine rack and pick up the March 2012 issue of BoatingWorld magazine, you'll find me in there. The editor asked me to send a photo of myself next to my truck. Bow - ring. I thought up a plan to be a little more sassy and the editor liked it. After spending months getting to know the many fine people here a little better, I think many of you can relate to the photo. If you think it's silly, cool. If you like it, let's exchange reps (if I don't get in jail real fast). I'm going to put a little space in here so it can sneak up on you.
Funny !. If those had been 100's not $1 's then it would be called a "mega bucks zooka"
I thought the little green dots were some kind of a meter. A meter of how much i am in front of the computer reading when i should be out hanging drywall !. lol
I'm getting reps galore, but I don't know how to rep without a post - so I have to go on safari for posts from the reppers! Agh! My penance for my shortage of meekness.
I brought that thread up and current for the fellow boaters. I was a power boater until 2002, but the gasser tow vehicle with a 460 and fuel for a 24-footer would cost me $400 for a weekend today. I'm a sailor now, I have the diesel tow vehicle, and I moved closer to the water. Weekend fuel runs me about $30 ($25 for diesel and $5 for gas).
I am so in rep jail right now, but I'll get to everybody... eventually.

Dude! You're not supposed to look at the price when you go boating! Sheesh man... the wife hears that and I'll be home pulling weeds or painting the fences.
