So I've got a Fatman frame for my 56 F100 and a 4.6L with 5 speed. Anybody know what headers will fit and can I go long tubes or just shorties. Somebody must have done this already.
I'm guessing that shorties would be the way to go as you'll have more leeway squeezing it all by the steering shaft, starter, etc. I have a 5.0, so I'm talking based on that motor.
Call your favorite header manufacturer and ask what fits. If you want street headers, Sanderson knows exactly what they have that will fit, and they are much higher quality, longer lasting and less noisy than lightweight race headers.
