OK First off I have a stock tune 2005 F350 6.0 with ARP head studs installed. I first noticed this about 2 weeks ago and it has been driving me nuts. Truck starts fine runs great most of the time, but you will be driving along and all of the sudden you press down on the throttle pedal and NO power, upon watching the BOOST gauge on the dash when it goes into this NO power mode there is 0 boost the gauge does NOT move no matter how hard you press the pedal it shows NO boost.

Coming home from vacation I was on expressway at 75 mph everything working fine, all of the sudden it goes into this NO boost mode, all the way up the expressway, when I got off the expressway and came to the light at the end of the off ramp I just left it idle down, when the light changed the Boost was working again.

It is NOT throwing any codes whatsoever I have had my Ingenuity Scanner on it.

I noticed that when I put it in Cruise Control that the boost seemed to go to about 5psi with Cruise ON, but if I turned Cruise OFF it would not give me any BOOST under a foot throttle, no matter how much I pushed it down.

This problem comes and goes randomly, of course it always comes when you really need the boost.

There is NO SMOKE or seem to be any problems that are noticeable when it does it other than NO POWER whatsoever.
