I got a 93 5.0 2wd and over at 40 it wobbles really bad and when I'm cruising at 60 it shakes too. Wheel and whole truck itself. It gets so bad sometimes to the point where I have to stop at 40. Checked every bushing, motor mount, trans mount, driveshaft, rear end, tires are all balanced right. Steering gears were just replaced before the problem but the problem started 3 months after the fix. Also checked all the springs and shocks. Along with the ball joints. Technically I did a full inspection on every bushing there is and what not when I had it on the school's lift. My instructor is also mindboggled by this problem. Any guesses? Ty
Check the radius arm bracket for any cracks. See if the Steering box isn't loose (mounting bolts). Check the Harmonic damper, it could be on its way out. Maybe there are some broken teeths on the Differential? (Ring or pinion). Those are the only parts i can think of right now that could cause that problem, appart from what you have mentioned already.

Well, we were listening in the differential and nothing seems to be the case in there. Now as for the steering gear box, it's not moving. but my instructor did say something about the whole gears inside seem to be moving along with it. but you wouldn't think that because of those moving the whole truck would violently shake. The truck shakes when Accel\decel. maybe from 25-55mph, 60mph the whole inside of the truck seems to rattle along with my mirrors and my wheel, that's the only way i can really explain it. but its worst when its between 25-55mph
