CallMed, When I ordered mine last year, they also had to make them.. If I recall the process, I ordered on a Monday and they shipped out on Wednesday. But they had warned me it could have been 2 or 3 days before shipping.
Ya not really a big deal just should have told me. I got 1 more broken stud to get out before I can install anyway. No biggie, I got stuff to do today.

I haven't posted as with 4 kids it took me 2 days to finish the Install. I was outside in the shop from kids bed times 7pm till like 1130pm-1200am. ughhhhhhhh
I did snap few more pics but just kinda wanted it done. And didn't take pic by pic like i wanted to.
I'll.edit them into my other pic thread and write up on the rest of the install. But now that truck is exhaust leak free i can now hear another sound. Ford is telling me its possibly a cam phaser by my description. WTF ......
I started this project because i had finally had it with the exhaust leak. And after spending over $1500 bucks part of the sound wasn't even a exhaust leak. I was missing 1 stud/nut on the pass front cylinder. So the leak was loud but what's really pissed me off is it was just covering up this other sound.
Well i did have a exhaust leak from the broken stud. now i don't,so its cool.
Now im gona get this phaser replaced...so its cool. im just so **** that i refuse to listen to it. its not a normal motor sound. and it is fixable so ill get it done. if i wasn't able to get the sound to stop then i would be really pissed.
thanks for ur comments though. i do hear the snake sound you were talking about. so when i did hear it i wasn't mad. Thanks for the heads up
