Ok so I did some YouTube searching and come across this Iceland taxi with an extreme Ford excursion which is awesome then i found the video of his modifications which included a mini bar in the barn doors as a last resort! It's pretty awesome check it out. I know I want to build myself something similar

sweet. Lot of plywood though. Fiberglass probably the lightest and strongest option, will also give you more space for stuff and take up less space for the walls and etc. I'm anticipating doing a fiberglass writeup at some point as temps climb.
