Like the other guy said the biggest culprit is the vacuum connection behind the throttle body. It is connected to the PCV valve on the right valve cover. Follow that pipe back to and behind the throttle body and yu will be there. It is a rubber part.
You can also get some starter fluid and spray on the vacuum lines while the engine is running. Any starter fluid that gets sucked into the engine through a leak will make the engine speed up for a second. If you spray the fluid behind the throttle body and beside the idle control motor you may find your problem.
Another problem that could result in stumbling and stalling is the idle control motor itself. I understand that you can't really clean it and have to replace it if it is bad - so I would look for vacuum leaks first.

Just check lines everything seems fine. Had truck running for about a min then it just died. Won't kick over now just keep cranking. An there's little bit of a gas smell
Seems it may be flooded. Hold the gas pedal to the floor and crank it.
Did you check the vacuum lines with starter fluid?

I can't post a pic but spray around all of the vacuum lines. Don't drench them you just need a bit of vapor that will get sucked into the engine if there is a leak. I suspect that the leaking area is the other end of the pipe that has the PCV valve on the right valve cover. Follow that pipe to back behind the throttle body and just below the idle control motor (I thought I already said this).

Just changed the fuel filter an tool it around block cause I was told that might have been another issue. Truck still idles hard as hell step on gas an it does not want to pick up speed an it shifts at like 3000 when I flore it. Wtf ?
Are you really trying to figure this out or are you a troll? Just askin....

What is the fuel pressure that you have?
Have you cleaned the MAF? Be careful and don't do this wrong.
Have you looked at the plugs? Are they wet? what is the gap?
Have you changed the air filter?
Have you done a compression check?
Do you know what was done to the truck before you got it? Was the head taken off at all? were the timing chains messed with at all?
Do you have white smoke when you start up from the tail pipe when you leave it sit over night?
Is the lumpy idle only at idle? does it clear up if you open the throttle a bit?
Is the connection to the ECU dry, clean and tight?
I dunno on this truck but the crank position sensor can also give a bad idle on other vehicles. Maybe others can chime in about this.
You need someone that can diagnose the issue rather than just hunt and punch. It would seem that everything regarding fuel flow, spark and timing need to be looked at and verified. Lemme know when you get all of this done.
I will give it a try!
What is hard idle? Discribe it. Cold starting, hot idle, throttle response etc ., what is the rpm and how stable is it?
What do you have?
Have you checked for any codes set with a scanner?
Until you get some indication, it's just guessing.
Good luck.
