help decode vin

got me a new 1966 f 100 yippee

if anyone can help me decode the vin # i would greatly
appreciate it !!!!!!!!

the v i n is,

came with 352 2 bbl, built in dallas, in march 1966

f10=type
y=engine
d=plant
832291= consecutive unit number

Hello bigunit, and welcome to FTE, here's a little info to help you out on your truck....

F10YD832291

Your'e the proud owner of a 1966, built in DALLAS, it came with a 352, with a 2 bbl carb. Had 208 hp @ 4400 RPM.
