F10 = F100
I think the NJ have been switched
J = 233 CID, 1V carb, 114 HP, 3600 RPM
N = Norfolk, VA Assembly Code
624150 = Assembly date of Dec 1964, 1965 model year.
It's not in the best of shape I picked it up for $500.00. I have the engine out right now, was missing some parts, the transmission was also missing parts. I need the bore then engine over .020" and get new pistons and rings. The engine is a 1948 L-134, I would have like to have had the orginal engine, but after that many years at least it has a flat head.

That would be a 223 ci, not 233. Probably just a typo. Good luck with the project.
Thanks guys. Pretty interesting to know the info of what the truck came with and where it came from. Seems as though it has been on the east coast for its whole life, with how the panels were rotten out haha.
