Ford offered a dealer installed accessory power rear window kit for 1980's Super Cabs.

That's exactly what i'd like to have, gotta figure out how to do that in my 78 (and still have room for my speakers) wonder if anyone makes a kit for that...

add that to my list of expensive stuff to buy... (i guess i'll make do with my boring slider for now...) there's a 94 model etended cab on a car lot around here with a power slider, i thought it was neat, untill i saw that
Cute kids btw, look like there a handfull though lol

Or if you ever happen to tear out some of the back seats and the plastic you could snap a couple of pics

Ford roll down rear window

when I get some time I will look into the roll down window it does have FORD engraved on it with a pat # in the inside of the frame and the manufacturer should be CR Laurence because in the outside of the window it is stamped on the glass says "POWR LITE & CRL underneath it" they are located in Vernon in the Los Angeles county CALIFORNIA I recently called them because at the beginning I had trouble with the motor regulator and they told me that that window is no longer made and that they do not have any parts for it since the early 90's

Well I sent an email to JBG to see if they could find some to make them. We will see I guess. If nothing happens that is alright but it is worth a shot.

Find a junk 1987 bigfoot cruiser edition. It came with a factory fully retractable rear window. They are rare, only made 300 f250 and 600 f150's. Selling the whole truck for $2500. Needs a new 302. But would make a great rare truck

Super Cabs only, rear (back) window mounted on tracks. Since this was a dealer installed accessory, there's no way to know how many were installed.

I've seen exactly one, new in the box. There are no pics or parts listed in the 1973/79 or 1980/89 Ford light truck parts catalogs. Which means it was never factory installed.

SUPERCUTS would you be able to sell the fully retractable rear window by itself? if so what would your asking price be?
& is it fully functional because usually the motor regulator goes out & to find a replacement would really be difficult since that motor is one of a kind and rare to come across...
