Window vents

Has anyone left the vents off and gone with larger windows? If so how?

Approximately $300 for the entire kit (including regulators, glass, weather stripping, etc.) to go with solid side windows. It gets awfully hot down there in Texas. You sure you want to lose those vent windows? You better have a good air conditioner.

No but one of mine is busted. The fool that helped get it out broke it. I will see if it can be welded but it looks like base metal.

I'd say one of the other members has a frame if you can't fix it. They pop up on ebay frequently. Those vent windows are a life saver during the summer time.
