I'm curious to know how long it holds up compared to an original emblem. I guess given the steps in the tutorial on how to make it yourself that it may very well be just as quality and hold up quite well. I have also seen the ones that are on eBay noted as a "cover" that you glue over the exsisting emblem. But somewhat seems a bit too tacky to my taste.

they way in the tutorial would last longer than any factory emblem... that envirotex stuff is a form of fiberglass resin... I spilled some on the cement porch at my mom's when I was 17. I'm 29. Its still there.

Keep in mind when ordering from planet auto that those badge sizes are not available for the size of our grills. The size is 3.5" x 9 CM not 9 IN.
