I've not seen anything that dressy for our E-Series-----several eBay sellers claim they can/will make any style or type vinyl badge you can dream up. Most times their prices aren't too crazy.
I'd do a search for badges/emblems on eBay, narrow it down to Ford and see what's available then contact those who look like they're making them.

Well that's actually a great idea, the only downside being those factory badges can be quite spendy and probably a bit tough to actually do in real life. However with the advent of "cheap" 3D printers and CAD/CAM software PLUS a few owners who'd love to tackle such a projection for small money---could that be a possibility? With all the hobbist CNC guys there has to soon be hobbists for that 3D printer world too?!?
