I'm only getting 12v. at the coil when cranking
I've cheanged everything new coil, cap, rotor, plug wires, plugs.
I even changed the distrubitor w/ eletronic ignition batt is fully charged
Timing is dead on
what am I doing wrong....
What voltage are you expecting to get at the coil when cranking?
You should be getting full battery voltage at the coil while cranking, I don't understand the problem, probably nobody else does, either, given the lack of response.
Would also help if you gave the year, model & engine.
O.K. when cranking the voltage comming out of the coil to the distrubitor should be 10 15kv.
I'm only getting 12v.
this is a 223 w/ a eletronic ign. all else is stock.
