Need advice on wheels - size, offset etc.
I just purchased a 2005 Limited V10 truck, and the among my first projects will be new wheels. The truck is black, so I am going with black wheels. I have picked out the wheel and size:

Here is what I need advice on:
1. Offset - deciding between 0 and +20. I figure the +20 will be close to stock and the 0 will put the wheel out a little less than an inch. Which do you think would look better for a 20x9 wheel?
2. Tires - stock tires are 32". I am thinking about either 33 or 34" tires.
3. Lift - if the truck looks good, I will keep it close to stock height. If I need a lift, my plan is a v/b mod spring swap. The truck I am purchasing has 98,000 miles on it and may likely be in need of new springs and shocks anyway.
