SLOTS!!!! YEEEAAAHHH!!!

I like the 70s styling. It was very loud and robust, and an easy way to really personalize your rig. You had to have guts to start slinging paint like that, hoping that it'd all come together. Dunno, if it'd like this one in particular, woulda been nice to see it in color though.

The tail lights aren't too bad. Putting tail lights into a lower panel like that is a pretty neat and simple idea, I'm just not sure about those tail lights.

Sure is a nice looking combo; but I've always had a liking for the Apache model pick up too, '56 era too. Anyone have an Apache with a big block Ford motor train dropped into it.

Nice, but a 460 Ford would have shown more imagination...

The 65-66 Mustang tail light conversion was a very popular custom add-on for lots of projects across the board back in the 60's and 70's. We saw them a lot on T-buckets, too. They were cool and very mod at that time, and easy to use since they were designed to mount on a flat panel. They were also very plentiful in wrecking yards, since Ford made over 2 million of them. (Over a million Mustangs built by mid-66, and 2 lights per car.) By the early 70's the yards were littered with them.
