You can try truckaddons.com. I find everything there. I believe that is where I found them for mine.

i spent $10 on bulbs on ebay and put in the factory lenses

you may also want to consider the 08 tail light, they look pretty nice and are OEM quality

^You can get a heavy duty flasher for them.

I just bought some LEDs from v-leds.com and they came quick... just have to install them.
