Dumb welding question....
we do lots of tig welding on stainless steel & was working in a textile dye plant welding up some leaks on the machine,really hot that day with lots of sweat...he went to tig weld the back side of the SS pipe up close to the machine when he touched the tungsten to the filler rod by accident,threw him on his back,so anything you can do to prevent getting shocked i would recommend.....wearing no gloves is ok but will catch up with you in the longrun,no sleeves will do the same...like sun poisoning with lots of wrinkles..........
