Is it me or what?

This site seems to really suck lately. Where have all the old users gone, to other forums? It seems to me that the advertising has changed a lot too, pop ups all over the place, even in the pics we post. When I became a supporter a couple of months ago I thought some things were supposed to change and get better (I don't think so. Really want to know (Is it me or what?)

Seems like the last couple years everything slows down this time of year and picks back up around late april to may. I always seem really busy this time of year for some reason. Same thing in the summer right before fall actually starts.

It is not FTE!
I have no popups.
I have no ads!
As for your threads if you can not keep the users around its because of the things being posted.
"This site seems to really suck lately." sure isn't going to keep me around!

Change your browser.
Dis-able pop-ups
Get some add-ons that eliminate advertizing.
There are several threads that are going great guns.
Especially in the Club. You're a Supporter so you can access it.
Try the Friv. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...iv-thread.html

Im not pointing fingers, just saying we came to FTE because of how this kind of stuff doesnt go on. Lets keep it that way. Sounds like a plan to me.

After eight years on here OP (Rich), I've never seen this before. One can only hope that this will pass and we can get back to helping each other. Along with that the interject of humor and OTing to make things interesting. If there is one thing in this life I can't stand its a condescending, know it all who never makes mistakes (or will not admit it anyway)! I, myself, make to many mistakes and with this forum the number of success outnumber the failures. I hope we can keep it that way.

I don't have ads here, OP. Try using Chrome or Firefox and see if that helps.

I dont get any pop up ads on my computer only thing i ever see is the little ad on the top right under the the FTE main sign with all the tabs above it. Half the time its something truck related so i end up clicking on it and reading that more then FTE.

But I like FTE way better then some of the other sites. I rather get help from guys who actually know how a motor works rather then some of the knowitalls on the other sites. IMHO

And what does OP mean?

Depending on the context, it can either mean "Original Post", referring to the post that generates the thread, or "Original Poster", referring to the user that generated the thread.
