Interior Door Arm Rest Question

Is it true that the 1965 F100 did not come from the factory with interior arm rests?

Someone told me they were a dealer installed option. Is that correct?

Left armrest was standard equipment on Custom Cabs, the right armrest was optional.

Both the left and right armrests were optional for Standard Cabs.

The armrests are reproduced, were also used in 1959/60 Ford Passenger Cars (F/R) / 1961/64 Ford Custom Passenger Cars (F/R), 1960/63 Falcon (except 1963 1/2 Sprint) F/R).
