interior arm rests

interior arm rests

My '66 doesn't have any armrests or door pulls on the inside, just the release lever. Did they all come with armrests?

No, not all did...most did...but not all...if you have a couple of holes parallel behind the door handle, then there was at one time an armrest...If your truck originally had the fancier door panels, there would have been armrests...Ive never heard of a truck with the door panels to not have armrests.
