That's perfectly acceptable. Your sensors won't be perfect. They all have some margin of error "built in". Each sensor could be one degree off and give you a 2 degree margin of error and that's absolutely nothing. It could also depend on how long the engine sat unused.
Keep in mind the temperatures are rounded...
61.4 might round to 61
62.6 might round to 63 when in fact they are only 1 degree off.
I think one reads < 100 with a decimal, while one doesn't.
The digital display is providing info from an analog device.
one, two, or three degress is all "close enough" - in the AM.
