Emission in Illinois
I was looking at 2008 F350 today with Banks exhaust and it looks like DPF was removed.Do I have to go to emission test.Will I have any problems.

Banks make a DPF back exhaust. They don't have a straight pipe to the best of my knowlege. So you need to get under the truck and look to be sure.
Does the truck go thru any cleaning cycles?

I did not drive it.I saw it at dealer ship.Is DPF after muffler?It has straight pipe from muffler to back.I looked at other 08 and it has what looks like smaler muffler before rear axel.

DPF is between the CAT and muffler .

cat, DPF...very large then muffler. If this is modified i'd be looking all over the motor and I would also want it put back to stock before i bought it.

Dpf is there,its missing muffler.It also has Banks intercooler and tuner.I didn't look inside engine corpartment,didn't have keys,truck is at Ford dealership and I was there sunday.It only has 19K.

Oh...ok. So they are running the 6 gun tuner which is fine. I have that too. Does not change the ford programming and will maintain all factory safeties.
This truck you should look into further. I will be fine. 6 gun is CARB compliant as well so you would have no problems with emissions.
Only concern would be the exhaust and visual inspection if IL does that. You might want to check with them about that issue.
It still should pass and you might have to point out that you still have the DPF and your tailpipes are still clean but should not be a problem.
