brake booster question
so on my quest to upgrade the front brakes to disc I am going to be scraping a 77 ford station wagon and I noticed it has a power booster - Can I use that for the disc brakes?

if the push rod can reach your pedal, you should be alright.

You cannot use a Passenger Car booster on a F100/350, it's a totally different setup! ^ ^

No, absolutely not. It's not the same nor even close to being the same....and it doesn't mount the same either.
Get all the parts (don't forget the proportioning valve) from a 1973/79 F100 2WD or 1975/79 F150 2WD.
Note: 1973/79 F100 2WD: Manual disc brakes were standard equipment, power disc brakes were optional.

or if you want massive stopping power go grab a master cylinder/power booster combo off of a 78-79 F-350 with a dual diaphragm booster. There is two different types but one of them should work.
