Sorry Buddy...I've been swamped here and it just figures that a couple of weeks into school, the kids brought some crud home to me and the wifey...we've both been sick.

Man it's good to check back in. I hope all of you folks are doing great and all of your families are well.
Life has been a real roller coaster here lately. We finally got the in-laws settled and just as things were settling down, school started back and work's been a nightmare lately. I've got so many things to do I don't know where to start. I ended up having to take Thursday and Friday off due to being sick with whatever plague the kids brought home from school this past week, so now I'm even further behind.
And the wifey is just as covered up as I am.....no idea how she keeps up being such a great mom and wife but she somehow manages and never really complains.
Howdy John, good to hear from you Bro, sorry to hear you caught the ''back to school'' flu........ I hope your outlaws are happy in their new place .....
Yeah, being sick sucks. The in-laws are super happy in the new place and we're happy they made the move. We've just been up to our eyeballs in little things that need to be fixed here and there. They both have birthdays in November so the wifey and I are replacing their crappy Genie garage door openers with a pair of new Chamberlains. I really don't have anything against Genie openers but these are the loudest openers I've ever heard! The new ones are belt drive, super quiet, and have a battery backup in case the power goes out. We just put the same in our place and they're fantastic.
