Great looking truck Trent, she's a beast.
We are a very visual group, so pics are always welcome.

Are the windshield washer nozzles sealed to the hood?
I found out today my passenger side one is broken and washer fluid sprays all over my engine.
(The nozzle attachment is broken off inside the hose T.)

I'm thinking it was damaged when the dealer repaired my truck but I don't have proof.
It worked prior to that.
Even if it's the dealers fault I am wondering if this is something I could easily replace?
A few dollar part is worth not (A) driving to the dealer and (B) leaving my truck for a day.

Glad your truck is up and running. You notice I didn't say fixed. While I share your feelings about fixing the washer nozzle yourself, at the very least the dealership needs to be made aware of the incident. Naturally, they will side with their service tech. They might even accept responsibility and repair it, which they should. Or, give you the, "we didn't do it, but in the interest of customer relations, we will fix it", crap. But, either way, making them aware that you know they broke it, in my opinion, is vital to the dealer/customer relationship.
