Actually ther are some parts I'd love to live in, think Cape Cod right just across the water fropm NYC and 30mill per property.

 

It's funny you should mention that, my mother is a professional Pastry Chef and took me to see his shop when he just opened. it was ironically the day they were shooting the opening for that show's first season. But that guy sucks, his stuff is ****. It's a wanna be OCC drama from what I've seen(whose shop I've also been to, and worked for the guy who did the chrome on the black widow bike, in fairfield NJ).
