engine mounts and suspension
anyone change their engine mounts recently? what kind of mileage did you have when changed?
I think my mounts might be bad, was getting pretty bad vibrations while driving. found out my trailing arms were shot so replaced them with these. Pretty solid product, had them put on by Huntington Beach Ford

they also sell a heavy duty version for a little more but i went with the regular poly

but while checking through the rest of the car, my mounts looked pretty bad.. any advice would be great!!
