Priming new engine

I was just wondering, I am a month or two away from installing the 7.3 I'm rebuilding. How are you guys priming the oil system? I have heard about using pressure but can't seem to find anything on it.

use liberal amounts of oil/assembly lube, leave the glow plugs out and use the starter to turn it over. seems you already know that they are gear driven.

it's how we do it.

Yea I understood they were gear driven. There is plenty of assembly lube. I figured turning it over with no plugs would be ok. The shop who put my short block together made me promise them I would use some type of device to prime it before that so I just wanted to grab some opinions.
