79 Spindle
Is there any place i can get a new spindle for my 79 f150 for under$100?
What Ive found so far seems pretty expensive,oh btw mines a 79 4x4 with a Dana 44 front axle.
5 bolt if that matters.
And also, when i pulled my axle out, i cant seem to get the spindle to slide out off the axle, my spindle has a nasty groove in it and the outer bearing came apart when i took both spindle nuts off, thanks PO's.
Could i just take a bigger hammer and knock it out without tearing up the axle?
All I'm using at the moment is holding the spindle by hand and pounding down on the axle with a dead blow hammer.
