Quick question. With the Scangauge 2, can you use it on other trucks to check codes, or is it locked and committed to one vehicle, like my SCT tuner is?
Here's another question. I sent my FICM off to Ed. While the truck is down, can I setup the SG2 in there with all the codes or should I wait to get the FICM back first?

You can put it in and everything but I dont reccomend turning your key to the on position where the dash lights come on and what not. might throw your computer for a loop lol
Heck you dont even need the key in to do the X guages on mine. but dummy me I forgot it has to read the computer the first time to do the auto set up so it may get stuck in "CONNECTING" mode when you plug it in. but soon as you can start the truck you will be fine
