These are NOS (New Old Stock), and only a few dealers/obsolete parts vendors have any.

I Never said they are still in production, just said you can still get them from ford
You cannot buy obsolete parts from FoMoCo.

If I hadn't posted the sources who still have NOS, please explain how the OP, you or anyone else, would know where to find them?

The OP had already checked his local dealer, they weren't any help...at all. All they said was no longer available. Did they offer to search for the parts? No, they did not.

NumberDummy i didn't call you a lair, sorry if at all it seemed that way..at the very least i appreciate the information.

Archion i'm unsure of what mine should look like because they aren't present on my truck haha, somebody just took two lengths of steel, drilled holes and used them on either side of the bushings, as shackles. The idea failed miserably.

86fordtruck I'll take them off your hands!

I never said you did. I was referring to Diesel_Brad, who said the parts were available from Ford and anyone that says different is FOS

Since the parts are OBSOLETE, no longer available from Ford, who is FOS? Not I. And saying anyone that says different is FOS is tantamount to calling them liars.

1986 REAR SPRING-REAR SHACKLES ARE NOT THE SAME, I ALREADY TOLD YOU THAT.
The rear spring-REAR shackle kits are 1982/83 F100 & 1982/85 F150 2WD only!

The rear spring FRONT shackle kits are 1980/83 F100 / 1980/96 F150 2WD.

If I am not mistaken, the FORD DEALERS you listed are FORD and you can buy from them. SO that means they are available from FORD.

He's saying you can't buy obsolete Parts, because they are no longer manufactured. He also said That you could buy NOS (new old stock) Parts, That are left over Stock sitting in someone's parts department some where.

I can go to MY ford dealer and order those parts and I will have them in about a week.

My dealer will put in a request just like Bill did and find out where they are (if any) then they will get them from that ford dealer that has them.

So I can get them for Ford, like I said in the 1st place. And they are a ford part

<!-- I dont know what Bills problem is. So narrow minded -->

You are fortunate there with your Ford dealer. When I go to mine, they barely want to look up anything older than 2001, and roll their eyes at you. IF they look up something, That's obsolete, they say "see, I told you".
