HPOP upgrade - not sure what an upgraded high pressure oil pump is (never heard of one), but the stock HPOP's on the 06's have very few to no failures. I would save your money on this one
update blue spring - good investment
upgrade oil dummy plugs and stand pipes - very good idea
scangauge 2 - another good idea
4-gauge pillar with EGT, oil temp, FP, and ECT - like I said on your post on the 6.0 forum, if your getting the SGII, I would replace the EOT, and ECT gauges with LPO, and an amp meter. You will have EOT and ECT on the SGII anyways. But you can't get the LPO or amps off of it.
accessory fuse block - ???
ARP head studs - good idea
EGR delete kit - not needed, what I recomend is keeping the EGR system intact, and if (yes if not when) your cooler fails, replace it with a bullet proof diesel one. They have very few to no failures. for $350 you could just put in a BPD one while doing the head studs.
AEM brute force HD air intake - stay away from this one. The stock air intake is the best thing on the market. It will flow as much or more air than any thing out there (at max HP and torque ranges that is), and filter way way more dirt to boot. Plus AM air intakes are known to cause problems such as dusting turbos.
SCT SF3 tuner - very good tuner, be sure to get custom tunes from either Eric at innovative diesel, or Matt at gearheadautomotive
Diamond eye 4" turbo back exhaust - good investment
BD top speed eliminator - won't need this with a tuner, it will already remove the limiter

My answers are in red above.

Thanks for your service. I was in the Army myself. Spent 04-05 in IRAQ.

If you want me to elaborate on any of those just let me.

Yes sir, No problem. You won't get any power or MPG gain with an intake on a 6.0.

No sir. No real benefits, other than bling factor. Unless you want to chance turbo dusting.

The EGR system in a nut shell recylces part of the exhaust back into the motor to be re-burned to help lower NOX emissions. There are no benifits to deleting the egr system (at least as far as HP/MPG). The reason people delete the EGR cooler is to eliminate the posibility of failure. There have been lots of failure, but it's not all in all a bad system. There are lots of guys running around with 300k + miles and still have the stock cooler, that has never been replaced. So I recomend keeping the EGR cooler, or replacing it with the BPD unit that is a much better design. I have installed them for customers, and I really don't see them failing with the way they are built. Not to mention that tampering with emission equipment is illeagl.

Yes LPO is low pressure oil. and your right i'm talking about getting a low pressure oil pressure gauge.
