Welcome to the forum. Do you have a question? If you're looking for sources of these two items, it may be in your best interest to share with the forum what issues you are experiencing that lead you to suspect the PCM and wiring harness. It's not real common for either of them to fail.

If an engine cylinder is damaged as well, you may want to consider cutting your losses, sell the truck for parts, and replace it. That's a lot of things to be wrong at once. What happened, and what symptoms do you have?

If you're convinced you want to replace the PCM and wiring harness, you might check with your dealer as well as on OEM online store such as Fast Parts Network. With the wiring harness though, you may find that the savings of going online are offset by the cost of shipping.

Considering the likely shipping costs to ship and engine, I'd suggest you check with local salvage yards. As many Explorers as there are on the roads, chances are pretty good there are a few that are no longer on the roads, even 2007 models.

I was able to find few online used engines with shipping free , but I need to know the exact PCM number for that engine i am ordering and wiring too.
