Chrome Tow Hooks
But you have an '03. I have seen a lot of complaints concerning the chrome plating on the new Super Duty trucks (2010+ roughly) flaking, pitting, rusting and peeling off of the bumpers and tow hooks.
Just quoted between $75 and $125 each from a local place. He said it depended on which ones they were, but he's done a bunch.

That's not bad at all...

I don't work there anymore, I was just an employee and that was years ago. But if you take yours to have them done, make sure they plan to buff all the pits and forging lines off them. It will cost more, but will look nicer and hold up better in the long run. Like you, one of the things I like about my truck is how it looks and I too am not afraid to admit it. Nice looking stuff is one of the simple joys of life. I enjoy the way certain things look. my quad, my gun, my truck and my wife are all fun to look at, and they can all get me killed if I misuse them...
