Side view mirror upgrade.

I would like to upgrade the power mirrors on my 97 E-150 to these extendable power units I found on ebay. Is it a bolt in and will the plugs match up?

I'mm not sure on the plug, but you will need to drill another hole since OEM has only 3 nuts/studs
