Spark Plugs and Spark Plug Wires

This is a double post (one for here, as well as 1980-1986 Ford F150, I wasn't sure which thread to put it in, sorry)

Hello my friends! It's time to do routine maintenance on my ol' 300inline 6, and I was wondering what the best brand of Spark plugs and Spark Plug Wire sets to use in ya'lls opinion. I'm looking for maximum fuelefficiency coupled with maximum power(That poor motor has 300,000 miles on it, and unfortunately the previous owner didn't take very good care of it at all, so needless to say I need to suck every bit of power from it as possible at this point)

Cheers

I first used them years ago and its usually part of my first tune up when I buy a vehicle. The ones on my Burb had over 100k on them and the ones on "Nelly Belle" have over 40k. I have never had an issue on Chevys, Ford, Dodges, or Jeeps. I'm sure other brands are just as good but I try to stick with what has worked well for me.
regards
