because based on the chart with 37's i should run either 4.56 or 4.88 gears

You very probably have 3.73s in an '06/6.0L/SRW. Cartmanea has 4.30s with 35s and I think he likes them, anything less that 4.30s isn't going to be enough of a difference to notice probably. 4.56s would be better for the bottom end and tranny.

how does regearing the front end work? is it the same ring and pinion set as the back i just need to buy 2 sets or what?

It's a different axle, not the same size as the back; it's a D60, and there's a carrier break at 4.10, so if you go 4.30 or deeper you'll want to buy the "thick" gears to fit a 4.10/smaller case.

i did some more looking around on that link and could you tell me if im looking at the right rear diff kit for my truck??
