Question I NEED IGNITION HELP

I have a 97 F250 7.3L that does not want to start from the ignition...you can jump the selonoid under the hood and the truck will start but turing the key does nothing...all gauges lights come on but the truck wont try starting...ive already burned through two starters jumping it and replaced a solenoid...ive checked the wires all the way from the ignition to the solenoid and everything looks ok....any ideas what could be going wrong??

Ignition switch. On the side of the column is the switch. If its bad truck won't start. Also if it is a manual check the clutch safety switch.

Click on Engine -> Starting Systems -> Electrical Schematics

Also has some pin point tests that might help you out.
