69 F100
I have found a '69 F100 for $650. The body is in good shape, the engine (v8 360) runs pretty good, and it has new tires. It does have an exhaust leak, a bad inside door handle, and the power steering pump is out. How good of a deal does this sound? Also, any recommendations on future upgrades?

If it runs and drives, it is worth $650, but offer $500 CASH. 
Be aware the exhaust leak may be a big deal - the FE motors are bad about leaking around the exhaust manifolds and, if it has been going on for some time, you might not be able to seal it up without having the manifold surface on the head milled.
