He y'all. Haven't been on in a while. Been working hard. For the last couple of months my compass has been intermittently switching over to calibration mode. I have taken the time to follow the manual directions and calibrate it and it works for a while then I look up and it's doing it again. Any idea's on why and how to keep it from happening?
Sorry that it has taken a problem for me to post. I do stop by from time but mostly lurking. I have had to keep the modding to a bare minimum so I try not to get on and read too much about the things I wish I could do but can't afford to. Thanks for the link Costa.
Good to see you back on...missed your input! Thought maybe Facebook gobbled you up...My guess would be an EEPROM chip is loose...when you calibrate the compass, it must store the info in an EEPROM...just guessing, I don't have the schematic.
