mirror directional bulb

I think I have a bulb out in my passenger mirror the lower part doesnt light up but the top does.
Is this 1 or 2 bulbs and is it hard to change it?

The lower bulb is the turn signal. It will only light up when the turn signal is active.

That's what I get from it, just adjust the glass to the all the way in position and you should be able to reach behind it and get at the clip. Never done it though.

Thanks

If it is like the 08-10s which I believe it is, power your mirror to the inside and take a flashlight and look behind the outside edge. You should see a silver tab. Take a long slender screwdriver and push that tab towards the front of the truck while holding onto the mirror with the other hand. It should pop and the light fixture should pop out. After changing the bulb(s) just push it back into place while holding the mirror still.
