Ford touch up paint

Ford touch up paint
Thanks to the lovely molded Ford mud flaps, i now have this on both my rear fenders
So.. i guess for now im just going to sand down the area and hit it with some touch up paint, but i was wondering if you could buy ford paint in spray cans anywhere?? i have it in the little bottles with the mini brush and pen tip, but that might take a while. i feel like ive seen it at autozone before, but if i can get a can from Ford i would rather do that.
Also.. how do you get those metal supports for the rear mud flaps off? The ones that are about 12" long, i saw there was a bolt under the fender but i couldnt find the other side and just spinning it did nothing

You can go to a autobody paint store, with your paint code or better take your truck with you. They can make up a batch of paint for you and put it into a spray can(I did this once and it was like $20). Also get some good primer.
